Mr. ALMUSAIBEEH holds a Bachelor’s degree in Science – Mathematics from Kuwait University. He has participated in numerous training programs and international conferences in the fields of administration, negotiation, and technical reporting.

Mr. ALMUSAIBEEH brings with him over three decades of extensive experience in development cooperation, international finance, and institutional leadership.

He is recognized as a distinguished leader in the management of development operations across African, Arab, and international contexts.
