Mr. Adilson Nelumba, born on March 6, 1983, in Luanda, is a Civil Engineer graduated from the University of Science and Technology of Namibia, with a specialization in Master Planning. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Copia Group of Companies, S.A.

With more than 11 years of experience in the sector, Mr. Nelumba has built a solid career in major strategic projects, standing out for his technical contribution and leadership in initiatives of national scope. Between 2006 and 2016, he was part of Sonangol E.P. as an Exploration Technician in the Geophysics Department, having participated in projects such as the 2D Seismic Acquisition of the Onshore Kwanza Basin.

He also led the right-of-way opening projects for the Transmission Lines between Laúca, Catete and Bita, as well as the demining project along those same routes.

He is also the Lead of the Fiscal Consortium for the Caculo Cabaça Hydroelectric Development, one of the largest ongoing energy ventures in the country. His areas of expertise include project management, strategic planning in civil engineering, and human capital management.
