Ayoola Otuyalo is a distinguished business leader and entrepreneur with 25 years of expertise in strategy and business development. As the Group Managing Director of Prime Atlantic Limited, he has forged global strategic alliances and driven innovation across diverse sectors, including oil and gas, food and beverage, maritime, aviation, and the public sector.

Ayo is currently the Group Managing Director of Prime Atlantic Group with several subsidiaries/joint venture namely, Prime Atlantic Cegelec Nigeria Limited (PACE), Prime Atlantic Safety Services Limited (PASS), West Atlantic Energy Nigeria Limited (WAEL) and Prime Atlantic Global Engineering Services Limited (PAGES), all rendering services within and outside the Oil and Gas industry.

Via his various partnerships with renowned European Oil and Gas Service Companies, Ayo has demonstrated his commitment to developing Nigerian content and competencies in the Oil and Gas industry. He is also a member of the Board of Trustees of Oil and Gas Training Association of Nigeria, the Honorary Consul of Romania in Lagos State, and a Trustee of the Lagos State Security Trust Fund.
