Eric Kacou is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Entrepreneurial Solutions Partners (ESP), an investment and advisory firm supporting thousands of entrepreneurs and leaders across 20+ African countries. He holds an MBA from Wharton and an MPA from Harvard Kennedy School.

Eric previously led the Rwanda National Innovation and Competitiveness (RNIC) Program as Managing Director of OTF Group. He has been honored as a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader and an African Leadership Institute Tutu Fellow.

He is the author of Entrepreneurial Solutions for Prosperity (2011) and Fly Africa (2018), and serves on selected boards including the Rwanda Development Board, Novastar Investment Fund, and CGECI.
