Erwan Camphuis’s family is rooted in Africa since 1950. 

He has a vast multi-cultural and multi-country experience, having started his career in China in 1993 working in project financing. 

Then he worked for over 10 years in the retail sector developing brands and successful international retail groups in more than 60 counties.
 
Since 2011, he is managing partner of Vennebroek Ltd. an investment firm based in London. 

Since 2019, he is co-founding and managing partner of OSEC Holding, a private family office based in Mauritius, whose activity is to develop and finance projects in Sub-Saharian Africa in the related following fields:  agriculture, agro industry, real-estate, and healthcare.
