Africa Managing Director, Egis Group

Laure Russier is the Managing Director of Egis in Africa, where the group operates in 25 countries across the continent. Egis is involved in consulting, engineering, project management, operations and maintenance, and participation in concessions within the infrastructure sector.

Laure has around twenty years of international experience in business development, team leadership, and management of profit centers.

Laure is also the CEO of SEGAP (Airport Operations and Management Company), a pan-African company jointly owned by Egis, which currently operates five airports on the continent.

Under Laure Russier’s leadership, Egis targets growth across the continent, undertaking major engineering projects in the rail, urban transport, port and aviation, building, and water sectors, as well as in operations, maintenance, and concession contracts for roads and airports.

Laure’s career, firmly focused on international development, has enabled her to contribute to the growth of the Egis group on several continents, including Asia, Africa, the Middle East, and Europe. She is passionate about large-scale, multi-sector infrastructure projects and is committed to promoting the group’s sustainable development and innovation initiatives.
