Manish heads Schneider Electric’s operations in the Pacific, India, the Middle East, Africa and South America. A member of Schneider Electric’s Executive Committee, he is based in Singapore. 

Manish has been with Schneider Electric for over 24 years and has held both operational and strategic roles. Prior to his current appointment, he was Zone President for the East Asia region. From 2014 to 2021, he served as Executive Vice President of Schneider Electric’s Home and Distribution division. This division was responsible for delivering solutions to Schneider Electric’s residential and small business customers through its network of distribution partners, namely distributors and electricians. During his tenure as Executive Vice President of the Home and Distribution division, he also led the company’s e-commerce channel.

Manish has held various positions in Singapore, Hong Kong, China, Thailand and India.

Manish holds a Master of Business Administration from the Asian Institute of Management, a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, and has completed transformational leadership programmes at Harvard Business School and INSEAD.
