Nikki is the Chief Executive Officer at Moringa, Africa’s premier Tech, Data and AI skilling provider with a mission to develop the tech talent that the world needs. Moringa offers practical, industry-aligned programs in Software Development, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity and more – serving entry level talent, working professionals wanting to upskill and corporations needing to close critical skills gaps. Over the past 10+ years Moringa has trained over 20,000 students with nearly 5,000 students in 2025 alone.

Nikki is passionate about developing African talent and her background in Education, Business Management and Technology all come together to drive Moringa’s vision. She has previously held executive roles at Google, Expedia, Copia, and Bridge International Academies, combining global and local education and tech expertise. She was recently named one of the Top 45 Most Influential Women in Digital Transformation by CIO Africa Magazine, is a member of the Africa AI Council’s thematic working group on AI Talent and Skills and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School

Despite her last name (yes – Germany), Nikki is originally from Australia and now proudly calls Africa home.
