Nina‑Cindy Malekia is the Country Officer for Tanzania at the International Finance Corporation (IFC), where she supports country strategy coordination and engagement with private sector, government, and development partners. She works at the intersection of policy, investment, and partnerships to help align public and private sector priorities in support of Tanzania’s growth agenda.

Nina brings to this work a background spanning economics, strategic communications, and marketing –  disciplines that sharpen her multisectoral perspective on investment dialogue. Her professional experience across public institutions, development finance, and the FMCG sector has equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of the conditions under which investors, policymakers, and development partners can work in concert.
