First Vice President of the National Employers’ Council of Benin, holding a Master’s degree in Marketing from the École Supérieure d’Informatique et de Gestion in Grenoble, France, and a graduate of Grenoble École de Management, a member of the Conférence des Grandes Écoles, Regis Facia founded Top Chrono in 1995, an express domestic and international transport company. The company is now established in five countries across the sub-region.

Starting his career as a courier, he later moved into the food industry with the creation of Top Food in 2018, a company specialized in meal preparation and delivery. Since 2019, he has also been behind Transport Théo, a biomedical logistics company contributing to saving lives and advancing the medicine of the future through temperature-controlled transport across France and Europe of organs, grafts, viruses, corneas, and stem cells.

Since the COVID-19 pandemic to the present day, Transport Théo has been responsible for the distribution of Pfizer and Moderna vaccines, as well as other sensitive pharmaceutical products. Convinced of the potential of new technologies to accelerate the growth of his various activities, Regis Facia also launched JIS Computing in 2020, a company developing digital solutions that promotes the talent of young Beninese engineers through tailored international offerings.

He is also Co-Chair of the CSR and Ecological Transition Commission of the Alliance of Francophone Employers’ Organizations.
