In his current position, Samuel leads a team managing approximately KSh 40 billion in assets across Kenya and Uganda, driving growth, strategic investment, and operational excellence in the group’s real estate portfolio. His leadership combines financial expertise with a commitment to sustainable value creation.

Beyond his corporate responsibilities, Samuel is deeply involved in social impact work through a nonprofit he founded in Murang’a County. The organization empowers small-scale farmers by providing market linkages, access to quality farm inputs on credit, and agronomy services. Currently, he supports around 500 farmers, helping them navigate challenges following the collapse of the coffee sector.
