Mr Williams worked at Deloitte West and Central Africa from 2010 to 2012 as a Senior Tax Consultant. He then joined the Nigerian Gas Company in 2012 as part of its Legal Team, where he was involved in litigation, arbitration, and gas-related agreements. He later worked as a Commercial Advisor within the same company.

In 2022, Mr Williams established Tetracore Energy Group, a company engaged in natural gas and power projects in Nigeria. As founder and Chief Executive Officer, he has overseen its expansion into the downstream gas sector, including natural gas supply and electricity generation. The company has been noted for industry awards such as the Nigeria Domestic Gas Ambassador Award (2022) and Innovative Gas Company of the Year (2023).

In 2024, Mr Williams was included in the Choiseul100 Africa ranking of Economic Leaders of Tomorrow, a listing of young professionals under 40 working in different sectors across the continent.
