Youssef Tber is currently serving as Director of Investments and Exports at the Moroccan Agency for Investment and Export Development (AMDIE).

Prior to this position, he served as Advisor to the Minister of Investment, Convergence and Public Policy Evaluation, where he notably contributed to the development of the New Investment Charter and the national investment development policy.

Before that, he was Advisor to the Delegate Minister to the Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccan Expatriates. As a member of the Minister’s cabinet, Youssef Tber worked on the implementation and monitoring of Moroccan companies’ projects in Africa, the strengthening of bilateral economic relations between Morocco and other African countries, and the execution of Morocco’s economic strategy across the continent.

Earlier in his career, Youssef Tber also served as Special Assistant to the Chairman of the Dislog Group, a company specialized in the distribution of fast-moving consumer goods, and as a consultant for UNESCO in both Paris and Rabat.

He holds a Master’s degree in Political Science from Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University.
