Abdul Samad Rabiu is a Nigerian industrialist and philanthropist, and Founder of BUA Group. Since 1988, he has built the Group into a leading African industrial platform with interests in cement, food processing, infrastructure, logistics, and energy, including publicly listed companies BUA Cement and BUA Foods, which rank among the most capitalised on the Nigerian Exchange.
He is known for driving operational scale and locally anchored investments that strengthen manufacturing, deepen value addition, reduce import dependence, and support Africa’s industrial growth through sustainable business operations.
