Mouhamad Rassoul Dieng is an entrepreneur, investor, and philanthropist focused on building businesses that create long-term economic and social impact across Africa and the Middle East. Guided by a simple question, “What do people actually need?”, his work centres on housing, infrastructure, logistics, agriculture, and essential services.

After early success, Mouhamad began investing across Senegal and other African markets in sectors critical to sustainable growth. Through MIR Holdings, he holds investments in various businesses that support more than 1,200 jobs across Africa and help build resilient local economies.

Now based in the UAE, Mouhamad has founded and scaled ventures across real estate, luxury transportation, and retail. He has experience building and scaling companies and is an impassioned advocate of public–private partnerships and African-led growth.

 
Alongside his businesses, Mouhamad is committed to philanthropy and community empowerment. Driven by a strong sense of duty to give back to his country of birth, he founded the MRD Foundation to expand access to healthcare, education, and social welfare in Senegal, supporting communities in building sustainable, self-determined futures.
