Paul Tchagna, holds a Diplôme d’Etude Supérieur Spécialisé en Fiscalité Appliqué from the University of Douala, Cameroon, is a Director in PwC’s legal and tax team in Guinea (Conakry), coming from the PwC Tax and Legal office in Douala. He has more than 16 years’ experience in legal and tax practice, acquired in particular by assisting multinationals with their cross-border operations in Guinea and Cameroon.
During his sixteen (16) years of uninterrupted experience, he has taken part in numerous advisory, audit and/or legal and tax review, due diligence and restructuring assignments in various business sectors in Cameroon and the Republic of Guinea, particularly in the mining and energy sectors. As an expert and trainer in mining taxation, he has also taken part in capacity-building training in auditing and monitoring the operating accounts of mining companies on behalf of the General Inspectorate of the Ministry of Mines and Geology in collaboration with the Mining Sector Governance Support Project (PAGSEM).
Paul is a tax consultant registered with the The Economic and Monetary Community of Central Africa (CEMAC).
