Cyril has been an upstream analyst at S&P Global since 2009. Throughout his tenure, he has provided regional coverage across multiple key hydrocarbon provinces, including Western Siberia (Russia), Continental Europe, Canada, Egypt, with recent focus on the Niger Delta region (Nigeria, Equatorial Guinea, Cameroon, and São Tomé and Príncipe). He holds a Ph.D. in Geology and an M.Sc. in Business Management from the University of Geneva, Switzerland.
